We are a specialist Mental Health Law firm, dedicated to assisting our clients with all aspects of the Mental Health Act.

We have a number of years experience and offer a truly personalised and tailored approached to all of our clients.
We are able to travel to any hospital sites and also undertake home visits, where possible we will offer to visit within 24 hours of initial contact.

How We Can Help
Personal Meetings
You will be seen by one of our solicitors in a timely matter to discuss your case. In this meeting, you will not only be given legal advice, but will be told exactly how your case will be managed, the likely time frame for conclusion of your matter and the steps we will take on your behalf.

Your solicitor will carefully prepare your case, this will include further meetings with you, consideration of all the relevant documents and evidence and any other steps deemed necessary to ensure the outcome you are seeking.

We represent at Mental Health Tribunals for patients detained under both civil and restricted sections of the Mental Health Act. We can also assist with Hospital Managers hearings, CPA or section 117 meetings and complaint matters.

We hold a Legal Aid Contract for Mental Health and do not undertake any fee paying work.
